Scam alert

Guys, today I got an email from what looked like it came from HM Revenue & Customs telling me I was due a tax rebate of 188 pounds. They included an online rebate form here:

I have been in touch with the Tax office and they inform me that this is NOT an HMR&C form, when you fill it out it asks for your Mastercard details. HMR&C do not ask these questions, if you are due a rebate they give youi a cheque or you get a BACS payment.

We were alerted at work today that this scam is going on.
Hope everyone bins it if they receive emails with any of the content that John has copied.
