or do women have more patience than men? last night mr f was fixing his ccm motorbike, putting a new clutch cable on. I wondered down 10 minutes after he started and he was on the point of kicking the bike. I start giving him a hand, not sure what ii was doing, and the job got done. Now i had to send him out a couple of times from the garage as he was going to drop the bike. With my patience and determination it was fixed. I also have a bad wrist at the moment which fixing the bike did not help. Have any other lady or men, had this experience with there partners? Not just vehicle maintenance but any where else in life?
i have banned my hubby from decorating - period. the last time he did it (11 years ago) he lost his temper and fired all of the equipment out of the window!!! i wouldn't have minded, but it was upstairs and included the wallpaper, bucket of paste, brushes and the table. he was also too embarrassed to go and clear it up in front of the neighbours - so who do you think had to go and do it?
Mr f is usually laid back, nowt can phase him, apart from bank letters. Its just he likes things thus and so and when things are not like that then he strops big time.
I do not take long doing shopping, he often has to encourage me spend money on myself which is a rarity.
when it comes to decorating he is pretty good apart from fiddly jobs like doing the filling in of cracks and painting skirting boards.
oh dear the post has arrived, joy
