Did anyone else see this in the daily mail on Tuesday. My hubby and I tried to do it .We managed between us but with a lot of effort. Its amazing isnt it. We both passed in the 60s but looking back on it today makes you realise what
children had to do. A while ago a copy of the 1890 11 plus was printed which I have kept and its unbelievable what they had to know.
I dont doubt the exams today arnt just as hard but children have so many more advantages and resources for learning dont they.
