late....
My period is only 3 days late, should I be worried?
I'm not on the pill and we use condoms. My periods used to be super regular, I was never late.
About 4 months ago I stopped having hormone treatment that had stopped my period for almost 6 months. Since then my periods have been late once or twice.
Should I put being 3 days late down to still being messed up from treatment or is it worth me doing a pregnancy test? Got sore nipples, been feeling sicky/dizzy, but this could be due to anything right?
I know that 3 days late isn't a big thing but you convince yourself there's something up. any advice would be greatly appreciated! x

BUT depending on date of conception the hormone may not be enough just yet. Test with first wee of day to get a better result as urine is more concentrated then.
You can get tests for about 3 so it wont hurt to test now.
The sore breasts and dizziness can also be a sign on impending arrival of period.

thanks red, I will go take a test on my lunch break to put my mind at rest.
As much as me and MrMiniN would love a baby at the moment, our life is unstable at the mo, with plans to move country in the next couple of months.
well the symptons I've been feeling happened the last time I was late so I am hoping my period will come this weekend, if not before.

As Red has already said, you are fine to take a test now as some can test from four days prior to an expected period, although they are not as accurate when taken at this time. Also, all of the symptoms you describe could be period signs, and feeling sick (or not) is nothing to go by - I didn't get morning sickness atall throughout my pregnancy, it doesn't mean I wasn't pregnant though!
If you intend doing one at lunchtime buy one of those double packs, as tests are more accurate when done first thing in the morning so it might be worth doing another tomorrow morning as well as the one at lunchtime.
Post back and let us know how it goes, the people on here are very helpful and I'm sure would offer great advice whatever the result.
