It was on a ton of Ministry of Sound compilations from around that time, Club Nation 2001, The Annual 2002, The Ibiza Annual Summer 2001, 21st Century Disco and On The Beach.  And it's on their own album "The Player".

Marshall Hain's "Dancing in the City" is available on a compilation called "Guilty Pleasures" which was a pretty big seller late last year.  There's a lot of schlock on there though, along with some great stuff.  It's �10.99 from Amazon:

As for Darts, I can't find any trace of an album called "Daddy Cool", either you're thinking of a different album or else the track by Boney M.  Post if you have any more details and I'll see what I can find.
