Have just head that Clive Hornby who plays Jack Sugden in Emmerdale has died, Thoughts with the Family.

yes he wasnt the original jack sugden, then when he did come into it he was an author then went away somewhere then came back a sheep farmer!!

I am shocked to hear about Clive Hornby, I didn't realise he was that ill and was wondering the other day when he was coming back into it. Emmerdale won't be the same without Jack.

Wasn't his real life wife the woman who played his one-time wife in Emmerdale ? I think she was called Pat.

According to BBC News 24 he was the third actor to play Jack Sugden. Can't say I had missed him, where is he supposed to be.

He was supposed to be visiting Annie in Spain, Lankeela. I wonder how they will write him out now?

Maybe they will say he was stopped at the airport by customs and found to be carrying 50kg of cocaine in his luggage, and will lanquish in a Spanish jail for the rest of his natural.
