has anyone used the seti screensaver? if so is it worth the hassle?

also what do people think about leaving a pc switched on permanently?

I tried it for a while and got a bit bored with it. It seemed to slow my PC down a bit. Could be my imagination though. I have also tried the screensaver that allows your PC to help with cancer research. After a while I took both of these screensavers off. Personally I wouldn't leave my PC on all the time but can't really see any problem with it.
