Wearing dr martens

In the eighties and nineties docs were the footwear of choice for many. Did you own a pair? Or maybe you still do. If so what sort and colour were they? btw I still like to see a woman in a smart pair of DMs - shoes, boots or sandals.

I tried to get a pair off them for work a while ago but could not find anywhere that sells them anymore apart from online and I would need to buy them from a shop to try them on as some shoes I can fit in a size 11 but some I need a size 12.

Had two pairs, both black 8 hole.
Knobby have you tried Army & Navy stores, Millets, Barratts, or an outdoors / army surplus type place. Must have seen at least 3 or 4 shops selling them around Manchester.
