Noticed that clue for Z, and the Wordplay Woodpool immediately to its right (in the printed edition) are amazingly similar. Coincindence or design?

Yes! The Z word is an inch away and is the correct answer. We assumed coincidence. Auraucaria cannot be party to te Wordpool compiler's thoughts, can he?

It was trickier filling in the grid than solving the clues!
