Samsung have my camera!
I sent my faulty camera to samsung on 9th Jan.. all recorded delivery... they did not reply so in March I sent them a letter and asked me to contact them in 7 days.. they contacted me.. but they have not send anything again! ITS NOW JULY! nearly 6 months.. they have never acknowledge me once! I am about to write another letter requesting they send my camera back within 7 days.. is there anything to back me up legally?

Is it still under warranty? If so contact the place where it was purchased.
