Is there some sort of filter that could be blocked patricia? Ive no idea about stuff like this but when our washer did the same there was all sorts from the youngans pockets in a filter.
if theres no door to open for a filter then turn machine on its back

remove hose where it goes into pump see if theres anything blocking it like small coins.
Is it one with a removable/cleanable filter?
If so maybe check that its not blocked up.

Is it leaking from the machine or the supply pipes?
If the supply pipes, make sure they are on tight and if still leaking try some ptfe tape in the thread, or buy a new set.

Is it leaking from the front door (of the machine)?
If so, the seal might be damaged, possibly replaceable.

Is it leaking from 'within'?
Probably knackered. Does it make strange noises, maybe with the new flooring the machine hasn't been levelled properly when it was put back. Try adjusting the front legs.
It could just be a pipe gone, its fixable.
Oh!...damn...mine has just sterted leaking from the front-a bit (i think from front)

FFS i must be the female version of frank spencer ! turned off the machine and opened the filter thingy which is on the front at the bottom and loads of water gushed out ..pmsl - good job the t towel drawer was within reach ! just mopped it all up and my jeans from the knee down are soaked.. dont think DIY is for me somehow
We had to get a new rubber seal where our filter screws in. Cured the leak.
I still have the basic Indesit machine I bought 14 years ago and it still works, touch wood.
