Why cant I open a Zip folder of images with picture manager--it will only open with windows fax viewer

Try unzipping the files to wherever you want, then right click on one of the pictures and select "open with", then select the programme you want to use from the options given....

Thanks-I tried that but picture manager didn't come up as an option but I have found a way by extracting the files
