how can I delete addresses in my sign in window of the messenger?

Does this work:

1) In Start �> Run, enter:
control userpasswords2

(2) In the �Advanced Tab� look for �Manage Passwords�, which takes care of all the .Net passport passwords on your machine. You can also change the setting to not save any from this point on.

or press the down arrow in while the username box in messsenger to highlight the name you want to delete and press the delete key

Alternatively, use the Tools/Internet Options bit of IE to delete cookies, files (and check the offline content box), then make sure the Remember Me box underneath the password field is not checked when you sign in.

I clear out files, cookies and history every couple of days and find that afterwards messenger starts with the Remember Me box already checked, so I just make sure I uncheck it before signing in.
