Best Product to Make Hair Look Wet?

I'm going on holiday & want some gel or similar to put on my hair when on the beach to protect it from the sun & sea but want it to look wet rather than just greasy, I've got medium length fine hair.....any suggestions gratefuilly received.........Thanks
