Does anyone know if it safe for someone on tablets that forbid, alcohol to have food cooked with a littlered wine sauce or is it not worth chancing? even if the wine is well cooked out?

Cannot think of any tablets that would adversely interact with red wine sauce. Sounds great, have a good meal.
