No - they've gone now hun. Where they were, is now a nice big void, ready to fill with lots of new thinks.

lol annoys me wen ppl says .... SomeThink? instead of Something? !! still puzzles me.
:)
Lol - awful isn't it - anythink, somethink, everythink........

Still, I know someone with a terible speech impediment, and if he was able to pronounce words even like this - it'd be fantastic.
yes its terrible isnt it!!

where did these ppl learn there English from???
ive noticed that foreigners are more well spoken than me!! lol

my cousin from hong kong came to study but she had to do English GCSE, and she past first time and got a C. where as the others ... got D's and E's and they were already doing resits!!!. (these were born n bred in England lol)

English wasnt even her first lang.!! shes so clever!!
xx
Foreigners learning our languiage are taught "the Queen's English", so once they've mastered the basic structure of our language - which's difficult, because words don't have a set pattern like in German, for example - they can speak and write it pretty well. A lot of kids who're born here, have parents who don't speak correctly, or if they lag behind at school, they're often just left to muddle through as best they can. It's awful really, but unless you correct someone from a young age, then they grow up thinking that it's right to speak the way they do. Despite all that, as I said before, it's better to be able to speak SOMEHOW, than not at all.
