The SEB are charging �12.50 per month for a service to a combi boiler, is this a fair price to pay? I have a Baxi.

Considering a straght forward boiler service costs around �55 - �80 for a local engineer to perform, compared to �150 you will be paying per year, so no i do not think it is a fair price to pay.
were based in birmingham and we charge �40 to service a combi.
are you sure that price of �12.50 a month doesn't include breakdown cover???
if it does then its around the going price all the big firms are offering breakdown cover and an annual service for.
we recently did a job for a guy who had covered his boiler aainst breakdown on his home insurance and it only cost about an extra 15 quid on his premium, only condition was he had to have an annual service which we do for him
