Personal Injury and fully comprehensive insurance
Hi I was in a car accident that was deemed my fault because i was the last car however i got told i couldnt make a claim for personal injuries on my car insurance, although i had fully comprehensive insurance. Although not serious at the time, I am now unable to work due to long term effects of head injury. Someone has now told me I can make a claim... who is telling the truth? SSmith08

Otherwise poor people would be crashing their cars in order to get money. I would have thought your car insurance people would have the final word on what you could claim for, so what did they tell you?
I dont really understand what you mean by being "the last car" but i dont have to i suppose - its all down to your insurance company
