Does anyone know if I can remove a default notice from my credit report?
I have asked the company to provide me with a copy of the default but they said they cant provide me with notice or contract i taken out .

If the Company cannot provide with you anything to suggest you have put your name to the loan, then I believe that they cannot hold you to paying any defaults, however I'm not 100% sure of that.

The best thing to do is to post the same question over in the Business and Finance category, I'm not being precious about what goes in which category, I just believe you're going to get a more thorough and knowledgable answer there.
