what is prince2 method

Its a project management methodology, the rights to which were developed by consultants working on behalf of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC). The OGC's sponsorship has resulted in it being the de facto standard for PM in Government departments.

There are hundreds of organisations who train it - but if you are paying for training yourself, for more cost effective to buy the book "Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2" published by the OGC.
