My neighbor has had his car written off.He is quite elderly and has a wife who has suffered a stroke. He looks after her and takes her shopping inthe car. He stopped at a round about to give way to traffic coming from his right.A car drove into the back of his car and then drove off before he could get the number.
Can he apply for a mobility car? Is there an upper age limit?
He will be lost without his car. Thanks for any help on this.
