in the mages guil before you enter the arch mages quarters there is a lock door in the waiting room i need a key for it i completed the mages guild quests but no key help???????

I'm guessing that's the lobby ur talking about - the locked door is the Imperial Ororey (not sure how its spelt); there's a mission which requires you to get the Dwarven parts for it - On PC you can download, you might be able to do that with PS3 - I'm not sure.

Any way, the ororey gives you a power for each lunar phase - with positive AND negative effects
