fresh as a daisy and full of beans (gawd that does my head in) grumpy and growly, half asleep and dopey?
It doesnt matter what time I get up (before 6 in the week or 9.00ish at weekends) I am terrible, it takes me 3 cups of tea and a few fags before I can even speak :(
Mornings are without a doubt the bestest part of the day, I love it, soon as I'm awake I'm up, showered and feeling rosy (rosy complains about being felt up, but, girls like to whinge eh)?
If i could change one thing in my life it would be for me to be a morning person! (although, slighty exaggeratin gon the "one thing in my life").
But i am seriously awful, not in terms of mood, but physically dragging my ar$e out of bed. I could lay in bed to 12pm/1pm on weekends and i hate that!!
Main reason i suppose is because im such a night person and find it hard to sleep at night - fella is convinced i have insomnia.
Monday - Friday I'm up at 6am and it's a task and a half to do it, but if I am to get up at the ame time Saturday, Sunday or holiday, then I'm full of beans! LOL
Rather than answer that question directly, I would like to tell you a story about my mornings...
Last night I decided to set myself the challenge to get to work by 8.30am this morning. So before I got into bed last night I set my alarm for 7am.
My alarm went off at 7am and I reached over to switch it off then thought about getting up and what I needed to sort out for Zzzzzzzz......
Lucikly, at 8.04am I was rudely awakened again by a text, otherwise I would have slept all day!!! But instead of jumping out of bed and rushing to get ready for work, I lay there for a further 5 minutes thinking about how I was going to get out of bed.
