Anyone who has ever written software will understand that 99% of the human race (excluding me of course) are IDIOTS. If you stick up a prompt box saying "enter your age in years" some spotty herbert somewhere will enter "tesco" or "morrisons". Your software should cope with this. AB's apparently does not.
