7d is inspan. in spain minus the i.
S.A term for harnessing oxen.
Owing ('in the red') around n('opening of neck') = Owning ('Having').

Inspa(i)n: South African word for yoke i.e. harness. 'Costa del Sol perhaps' = In Spain with the 'i' removed.

What's with the '"' that seems to appear hereabouts?
