USA Florida motoring offence
I lived in Florida for nearly two years and just before I left the 'tag' on my vehicle was 'not assigned' I had to come back to the UK due to a serious illness in the family and could not return to Florida. I'd like to go back for a visit later this year and I'm concerned I'll be picked up and arrested on arrival at the airport! I wrote to the courthouse concerned outlining the case number etc. to ask if there was a way of resolvinh it but with no reply. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On his previous trip he had a spped violation which wasn't sorted out before he left.
2 Years later he is arrested at the airport, held in a cell, taken to another prison, and forced to get a bail bondsman to release him.
He paid the fine, and the bail.
My advice CONTACT the court house, or get one of your friends in Florida to go to the court, better still try and e-mail them, because if your name is flagged up you might get arrested.
