There's a rock music video I watched a while back where a girl cries animated blue tears when her boyfriend leaves her.The song ends with the whole street filled with her tears and they enter a london taxi in the end.It has a romantic storyine but I can't remember the artist nor the title...help.Its very unique.

It could be this but I might be wrong. The video is filmed in slow motion most of the time and the taxi is not a London Cab. It sounds very similar though.
