I have a tin of Patak's curry sauce that says use immediately once opened on it. As I don't want to use it all, can I freeze the remainder to use at a later date?

That's unusual, they usually keep well for a week or more in the fridge. You could freeze it (you can freeze absolutely *anything*) but why not cook another curry tonight and freeze that? Curries improve on freezing too!

I thought they freeze for ages too. Only enough beef for one. Times are hard :(
