Just received some bedding that i won on ebay, went to collect the parcel and for some reason thought maybe i had bought 2 single duvet sets but not they were doubles whey hey i thought thats brilliant should have known that there was a catch, yep ure right they are fakes, should have known by the price, have i a reason to complain about the seller, i am a ebay virgin!!!!

No you didn't you docile mare, you got exactly what you paid for but you're too dense to have researched the item prior to buying it. People don't have to refund you because you're thick!

Because she is a decent seller! NOT because she agrees that you were ripped off - do you not see that?
Sellers on Ebay dont want bad feedback which is prob why she offered the refund puddicat, but it does sound like the bedding is cheap at full price anyway, which you didnt expect - thats all
calm down missus !
If the seller is a business seller, and the goods were sold on Buy It Now, as opposed to the auction, then the Distance Selling Regs apply and the buyer can return the goods in the state they were received in within 7 days for a full refund without explanation.

If they were sold on an auction listing, she is a very good seller indeed.
