There is an advert on the tv at the moment where a baby crawls out onto a football pitch and a ball hits his bum and bounces into the goal, what is this advertising?

If memory serves correct I think it's the Child Tax Credit.

I thought it was the child investment thing where the government is giving each child born money which their parents can save or invest and the child then gets it when they turn 18.
