Serious or funny, helpmepls?
Turkey and warm milk have chemicals that shut down the brain. Lettuce contains laudanum. Suffered insomnia all my life, tried everything. If you can stand it, lavender oil on the pillow works for some, I wasn't keen.
Awww...there you go hun. Excellent advice from Mrs. Pasta. Then again, she's an expert.....always fading off quickly....
