Does anyone know if the presenter on Bid TV right now has been on tv before? He looks so familiar, I think he might have been an actor?

He's Peter Simon and he used to be on children's tv on the BBC
James Wale also comes on bit tv after being fired from his radio job. Has anybody ever watched him try and sell, this is car crash telly at it's best/worst.
boogie it was a classic watching him stumble over his words, paul ross does a stint, something about him that i cant just take to!!!!!!
yeah puddicat, agree, I was most entertained for sometime.
James Whale was flogging some iron a bit like a trouser press and he almost trapped his fingers two or three times opening and closing it. He said it was heavy too so that meant it was sturdy.

So then, it was heavy and a health & safety hazard-what a salesman!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Most of the presenters have done some acting or presenting other things. I switch channels if James Whale`s on. Cant stand the man.

At the time I typed the question it was an older guy with grey hair, it was before Peter Simon was on. I'm such a numpty I should have made the time I was talking about more clear really!

I agree about James Whale, he looks so uncomfortable standing there with not a clue what to say to sell the product. He usually makes those assistants do all the work for him.
Theres a chappie on as well he has been on telly maybe childrens telly, got a strong northern accent?
