My son now has his fifteen year old son living with him fulltime. He works full time so should he get tax credit and how does he go about getting it

if he lives at home and yourself and your partner work he won't be entitled as you are already claiming
It's depending on how much your son earns per year. If it's high , no chance. If it's approx max �16,000 he may have a chance. Tax credits are for those on low incomes, but it's worth applying for espc if he has his P60 to prove income.
