know the title and artist?

Does anyone know the title and artist of a music video i saw on mtv a long time ago?...it's some guy standing and dancing in the middle of what i think is a roller rink and he starts stripping off his clothes then he starts peeling off his skin, then muscle, and then it's just a skeleton dancing around and singing. I haven't the slightest idea what it is or who sings it, but i would really like to find out. If ANYONE can help me that would be awesome! Please and Thank you!
