free ipod with new mobile

I'm looking to upgrade my phone so I've been looking on a few websites and there are a few offers where you get a free handset and Ipod. All for �35 a month. Does anyone know what the catch is? I'ts an 18 month contract, unlimited txts and 700 minute but I can't find any small print! Has anyone went for one of these deals?

The 'catch' is that you could get a contract phone without the free ipod, with the same free minutes etc for around �20 a month. You're paying �15 more a month for a 'free' ipod. Times �15 by 18 months and you're paying �360 for that 'free' ipod. There lies the 'catch'...
