Yeah well -like I said Brmaid I can empathise.
I saw my m-i.l going from a strong robust woman to 4stone in months -it was dreadful. She had cancerous luimps all over her poor body -when they say riddled its true,
Dave and I used to go in every night and make soup and try and coax her to take some -bless her -cos she loved her boy so much she did -it must have been hell. She died on her 49th birthday. Her boy is with her now along with her husband who didnt get over losing their son.
Who would have thought all those years back-eh??
No laughing matter !!

Yes Legend I can be.
Dris, thank you for your kind thoughts. I know exactly what you went through having seen my ex husband's aunt die of cancer and then two years later having to nurse his mother through good times and bad until such time as she eventually succumbed. Anyone who has ever seen anyone die of cancer would not make a joke of it.
Normally I ignore the idiot. Just having spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with my dad who is desperately upset about his sister (and to make matters worse, his other sister's husband has just been diagnosed with bone cancer, although there is some hope there) this evening, I am likely to hit out at those who make fun of it.

Ditto Barmaid -its no laughing matter when you have to endure things like that at at a young age -in saying that she was young but obvioudly I was much much younger.I was comnpletely bewildered but it gave me a sense of compassion at that young age.
Its horrendous just for anyone who hasnt watched a loved one die of this disease so this person should be reported and not encouraged.
Take Care Barmaid -its life envoloping -obv some havent experienced it. x
