Does anyone know where this movie was mainly filmed?

The outdoor scenes of the windmill and the pond where Ms Scrumptous drives into to avoid knocking over the children where filmed in villages in Oxfordshire. The sweet factory, that you see Mr Potts driving up to was the water treatment plant in Hampton near Kingston Upon Thames. I don't know where the rest of it was filmed. Hope this helps.

The pond is in "Russells Water" and the Windmill is in "Turville" both in Buckinghamshire.

The german village is Rothenburg ob der Tauber and the exteriors for the Baron's castle were at Neuschwanstein which is near Fussen in Germany.
