Can anybody name this - I can (vaguely) remember the programme, but not the title?

Early 1970s children's tea-time drama. The only thing I can remember was a type of recurring "catchphrase" which was "try to remember!" - something to do with hypnosis I think. Not much help, I know!

You're not thinking of The Demon Headmaster, are you?  Not early 1970s, I know, but plenty of hypnotism!

I don't think it was the Demon Headmaster.

Definitely 1970's.
