Get real, listen to the advice given and save your money ny not buying gimmicks.

thank you for your replies to my questions and actually have taken onboard your idea as yes you are correct in your thinking, not sure how much weight i have lost yet as trying not to weigh myself as i get very obsessive about it,

btw it wasnt for me for a change it was for my sister who has been doing weight watchers for 12 weeks and only lost 6lb not sure where she is going wrong on it

If she is doing exercise as well she would have gained muscle mass which replaces fat. Obviously a pound of fat is the same as a pound of muscle but the actually density is quite different.
But even then if you think 6 lbs is 3 bags of sugar and if seen as white lardy flab, it is quite significant.
And weight changes up to 4 lbs depending on what time you weigh yourself.
And EVERY set of scales is set differently.
Basically unless there is a metabolism or thyroid medical condition, you will lose weight if you eat less than you burn up.
Without sounding patronising, it really it that straight forward.
But even then if you think 6 lbs is 3 bags of sugar and if seen as white lardy flab, it is quite significant.
