Laptop covered in thunder flies.

I've got loads of thunder flies trapped in my laptop screen, most of them still alive and moving.
Is there any way to get them out or am I stuck with them?
Could a pc shop take the screen off and get them out?
These things are a blooming nuisance and yes I live in a village surrounded by farms in the Cotswolds lol

Yep i have had a couple stuck to my jacket yesterday, i hate the buggars get in your hair and in everything,beginning to get itchy as i type this!!!!
