Jpeg to DVD

Is it possible to convert jpeg pics to slideshow on DVD so that I can watch holiday pics on TV?

it's not a case of converting the pictures, it just depends on if your DVD player will display JPEG's (most will) then then all you have to do is copy them to a CD or DVD and put it in the DVD player, my DVD player then give you thumbnails of all the pics with the option to start a slide show.

Check the instructions for your DVD player and see what formats it supports and if it will have a slide show option

Thanks for your prompt reply Chuck, as I want to give someone a copy (who is not very tech ) I wondered if I could get a prog that would allow the DVD player to auto slideshow.WR

If you've got a PC, try Photo Story: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digit alphotography/photostory/default.mspx - it's free and allows you to create a VideoCD that should play in most DVD players..
