Saving real media files from web?

Is it possible to save real media files onto your hard drive? To be specific i want to save the file at http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone/ident_ram/festival.ram . i have found out that a .ram file is actually only a text file which points to an address on the server. If i do a right click on the link, and select 'save target' all i get is a link to the download, not the download itself. Anyone know if it is possible, or if there is some workaround or software that can save it or grab it? Thanks in advance. Mark :-)

If you watch the whole film you may be able to retrieve it directly from a cache folder.

Hi, If you mean the temporary Internet files folder, i already looked there. I know other web content is stored there, ie jpg's and flash files etc, but for some reason, the real media files don't. Or at least this one doesn't. Any other ideas anyone?
