Saving real media files from web?
2 Answers
Is it possible to save real media files onto your hard drive? To be specific i want to save the file at http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone/ident_ram/festival.ram
. i have found out that a .ram file is actually only a text file which points to an address on the server. If i do a right click on the link, and select 'save target' all i get is a link to the download, not the download itself. Anyone know if it is possible, or if there is some workaround or software that can save it or grab it? Thanks in advance. Mark :-)
