Ex-tenant owing money

I let my house out with an agency, they fully manage the property for me as I don't live anywhere near it know but the last tenant left owing money. We had to take her to court to evict her and the court ruled in our favour for her to pay us back for the last 4 months rent which was unpaid - she was claiming housing benefit at the time so actually had the money but kept it instead of paying her rent. It took 4 months for the eviction and court date etc and then she was given a week to move out.
I do not have a forwarding address for her but the courts do, they have written to her telling her to get in touch with our solicitor to arrange payment - She hasn't responded. Can anyone help with some advice as to what do next - I,m down by �3500 so would like to try and get something out of her?
