I would like to know if your employer can schedual you any sooner than hours between each shift.

it all depends on the fundamental basis that if you are scheduled sooner than the hours between each shift as opposed to a lengthier portion of time then the hours between each shift it falls into the catagory of what is called 'rescheduling without prior Significant shift time sequencing� it basically means that although they reschedule it is not marked as a time scale ordit of shift time. I would personally dress up as a giant mouse and just come and go from your work place as and when you feel appropriate.

Those under 18 years must normally have a minimum of 12 hours rest between working days. Adults must normally have a minimum of 11 hours between working days. There are few, very limited, exceptions. For example, agricultural workers might reasonably be expected to work late into the night on the harvest and then commence early the next morning. However, they're then entitled to receive 'compensatory rest' later on.
