Just to let you know the AB email system has been having a few issues since Monday and causing plenty of havoc! So, if you have sent us an email and still awaiting on a reply that would be why!

I am quite disgusted that the newsletter is no more than an advertisement

I tried several combinations of various rates and each time it came up recommending British Gas, regardless of my usage and current supplier.

I'm not entirely convinced it is that impartial.

Ab Ed's advice to use uSwitch is not necessarily the best advice. uSwitch is a commercial company and 'money counts'.

Best bet is to go to www.energywatch.org.uk
