Bike Taxis?????

Hello All, I have a quick question... Does anyone know about these 'bike' taxis for want of a better phrase... Where you drive your car to the venue, you can have a drink and then the driver on a bike comes to your destination on their bike and then drives your car home for you?? What is this service called?? Your help is appreciated
