Hacker to be extradited to US fro trial
Gary McKinnon hacked into US government computer systems, now the US want him extradited to stand trial in their country to "

Ok so the guy showed up their poor computer security, wow. Why should we extradite him to stand trial in the US when this was reported in the Times regarding the UK asking for US soldiers to appear in hearing "firendly fire" incidents where UK soldiers actually died:
"The US have confirmed categorically that they will not provide witnesses to attend UK inquests," the document sent to every coroner in England and Wales states. "While coroners may continue to ask for US witnesses to attend . . . they should be aware that there will in all cases be a refusal."

Anybody else think we should refuse to send Gary to them?

Because all the ones sacked by Microsoft are working in USA High security, areas.
Now USA want him to stand trial because Americans do not want world to know their weaknesses. They can tackle any disaster human mind can think of, they have super heroes. But unfortunately all in the movies. In real life we all know it very well.

Jake, the UK coroner also said that this friendly fire incident was a criminal act.
Yes the cases are different, it's very unlikely that two crimes are exactly the same in any situation but anyway my issue is with the extradition. Do you think it right that we should extradite to the US when they wil not to the same for us?

He might be working for Al Qaeeda. Does his name start with Muhammed or something like that, or did they find a copy or Quran in his home, or perhaps they found out that three seconds before managing to decode the system he converted to Islam. If anything out of these is true then he is a serious threat to American Interests otherwise, dont worry about it as he was just a child playing with his machine.
