What has the tune (youtube links welcome) that is commonly used for slow-motion entrances to give you an impression that those people 'mean business'
So its quite powerful. There are variations from film to film but anything would do - for use in ammatuer film making ;)

It just occured to me you may be thinking of the Wicked Witch theme from The Wizard of Oz - although personally I've never seen it used with slow motion....?....? Nevertheless, it's often used to signify "meaning business": Angry woman on her way to somebody's office to set the record straight kind of thing. You'll hear it in the beginning of this clip
