EEEEEKKK!
My specialist has told me i need to cut out dairy, wheat and gluton from my diet??
What in gods name am i meant to eat?!
Apart from fruit and veg?
How long does it take for all of the above to "get out of" your system? Or does it just come put as soon as I stop eating it?

It's a tricky diet to be on, with lots of restrictions (gluten is used in many processed foods) but lots of information can be found on the web, and your specialist will be able to provide you with a new diet, I'm sure.

I've done it and managed and it can make you feel a lot better and you may be able to introduce things to your system gradually at a later date.
Make sure you eat as balanced a diet as possible.

Most supermarkets also do special ranges.
You can swap things like pasta for rice noodles and corn pasta, do loads of things with potatoes and veggies.
You can get different types of bread free from wheat and wheat free flour and dairy free spread so you can make your own stuff, maybe even get a breadmaker.
You can also use lactose free or soya milk.
Sway icecream for sorbet.
