I've tried fresh tuna but I find it very dry even if I do cook it rare. Last week I got 8 pieces of salmon in a bag for 5 reduced from 10. Thought that was pretty good. It was the same day I discovered Ben & Jerry's strawberry cheesecake frozen yogurt!
I go up Bury market every noe and again and get a load of lovely meat very cheaply and freeze it.

They do some great proper butchers mince and chicken breasts, steaks, pork chops...

Nice fish too but ex won't eat fish :(

Fish is a bit pricey but I try to have it once or twice a week. Makes a change from chicken which I eat mostly.
Sainsburys do a basic salmon which actually tastes better than their normal one in my opinion. I put that in my salads.

Is that the salmon that Jamie Oliver advertises?
Yup!!

It's really quite tasty and you get different shapes and stuff so again, if you get a decent pack, you can wrap it up indivually and hence have 2/3 meals rather than the one.
